My name is Laxmipriya, and I've embraced the role of a full-time pastry artist with a deep commitment to crafting plant-based delights that redefine the boundaries of flavour and artistry.
A Culinary Alchemist
Early in my pastry career I was led to the heart of Barcelona, where I trained under the renowned Toni Rodriguez, a pioneer in vegan pastry long before aquafaba and flaxseeds gained popularity. Armed with a comprehensive understanding of ingredients, their interactions, and the alchemy of flavours, I transform traditional pastries into plant-based masterpieces that even the most discerning palate can relish.
Artistry in Every Bite
I'm not your typical cake decorator; I am an artist who draws inspiration from nature and art. I hand-pipe intricate flowers in buttercream, creating edible masterpieces on cupcakes and cakes. With an unwavering commitment to aesthetics, I craft towering cakes with straight precision and opt for rice paper over fondant, believing that art should always be mouth-watering.
